ENVY & ANGER

ENVY:
Envy consists in taking pleasure in the injuries that befall others and resenting anything that occurs to their advantage. Envy is worse than miserliness: misers do not want to give anything of their own to others, whereas envios people do not want others to receive anything.

ANGER:
Anger has been put into all humans as a stimulus to repel those whi threaten injury, or to take revenge on those who have alredy caused injury thus anger is essential for both survival and justice. When your anger is aroused , you should do nothing immediately;you should give yourself time to reflect and deliberate.

Envy and anger are the two main emotions that put a barrier between ourselves and others and hence make love impossible. The effort of overcoming Envy and Anger is entirely internal and invisible, consisting of profound and honest introspection and it is likely to be quite painful.
